AJB Institute of Quality Management (I QM), also known as TQ Business Solutions PLC after its company name, is a national private limited company registered and licensed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry under the trade law of Ethiopia. IQM has specialized in providing training and consulting on Proven and internationally acceptable Management Systems (quality management, food safety management, lab management, occupational health & safety management, environmental management, auditing etc.), Project Management (Feasibility Study, Project planning, Project Evaluation, Organizational Structure and Salary

Scale Development, Market Research, BID Consultations etc.) and Business Improvement Tools (Balanced Score Card, Strategic Business Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), The Six Sigma Way, Performance Measurement, Problem Solving and Decision making etc.) established in 1997 EC by multidisciplinary professionals certified by the national and international certification bodies.
IQM is a partner of the business society , government, non-government organizations, and donors with the objective of assisting and provision of various technical services and solutions that cover the activities of training and consulting on implementing best practices, business improvement methodologies, and business excellence tools.
