Course Overview

ISO 9001 QMS is s tool in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s operation and providing a consistent quality product and/or service that meets customer needs and expectations as well as used as an important ingredients for increasing shareholder value.

Course objectives

This course is designed to enable participants to understand, establish and implement a quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2015 in their processes and operations.

Personnel involved with the implementation, evaluation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system and those who wants to understand and familiarize themselves with the standard.

Course duration

The course duration is 3-5 days that includes class room presentations, practical group exercises, , role plays and examination.
